With the KIC program, which has been tested and successfully applied for decades, you will receive specific teaching skills necessary to deliver interesting and successful courses for children and teenagers. Soon you will become a professional who guides youngsters to become excellent trainees and strong, spirited individuals.
The KMG kids training system will enable you to teach realistic self-defense techniques and tactics that are effective against bullying and attacks by peers as well as adults.
Our approach to a training process for kids and teens also focuses on the development of important personality traits such as courage, self-control, self-discipline, creativity, leadership, self-confidence and decision-making.
Developing a youth program is a good investment for the future of any club, school or gym. It’s also a way to develop a talented and dedicated cadre of future instructor so that your school can thrive and grow. As parents, we all want our children to stay safe and become stronger physically and mentally. Our KMG Kids programs are here to make that happen.
Prerequisites
- You are a KMG P2 level or up.
- You have a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience with kids.
- You have a clear criminal record.
- You have a recommendation and approval from your KMG School Owner and/or the KMG Country Director.
- You are physically and mentally fit, and have not been advised otherwise by a qualified medical person.
- You agree to the KMG Child Protection Policy and promise to comply with it in the future.
